Has a 33Lb @ 3bar flowCrikey Chris, the G6 sounds like an animal!! Nice work :-)

Part No. is 0 280 158 117Not listed here but there seem to be a lot of variations and applications.http://www.bosch-mot...alves/EV_14.pdfThey need an ev1 adapter to work in FG but apparantly they are the right length and don't require spacing or fuel rail mods.I am yet to fit them as the few tuners in Sydney I approached at the time, had little experiencing tuning them. This was in early July.Hopefully this has changed. If so, does anyone recommend a tuner that has experience with these injectors and has been getting good results. Any decent tuner should be able to tune them no worries....it's actually a dead simple process. It may take an extra hour if they have never used them before, but its not rocket science. Just go to one of the big name tuners and they will sort it out. If they fuss over it, tell them they're donkey's and go elsewhere. Heard good stuff about the ev14s so I decided to spend abit more. This is possibily the worst mistake ive done. Not saying the injectors are bad, they seem to work quite well but you will need it tuned PROPERLY. Take this advice from me as I have to go back to the workshop no less than 5-6 times within two weeks to get the car just to run normally ie no stalling, shuddering etc. The car still doesnt feel 100% im just waiting for jim from tunehouse to come back and retune the car which was taken to another workshop in the start. A tuner should basically be able to pick up an injector, assess it's design, do some quick homework and start tuning / datalogging in the driveway until the fuelling error is eliminated. Different branded injectors aren't all designed the same and therefore they perform differently to each other, sometimes quite differently...so the way an injector behaves has to be precisely modelled in the software. Everyting is in the software to do just that. But yeah if a tuner just straps the car to the dyno and starts punching numbers based on what the afr readings are then you're asking for issues! IH8TOADS you are right pretty much everytime I went back it was just punch in some numbers in to the flasher and hope for the best as there are "other" jobs to be completed. Lesson learnt ive spent $6k to get a car running worse than stock everytime I come to a stop it will literally drop dead or shudder badly before rpm jumps up. Like dips then up again. Mind you it wasnt any random workshop either in sydney and lets leave it at that. After the 5th time it seems to be fixed but it just doesnt feel right the car is indicating rich and using alot of fuel. I think the tune has been richened and idle rpm raised to 700 as well but that's just not the right way to fix the issue. So when october comes ill be heading to tunehouse for a retune and see what power it can make.

It must be very frustrating at the moment but long term I am confident the car will go very hard and reliably.
