Misses just got a New MY10 WS fiesta and I have to say its a great car to drive. I wanted to know is anyone else got a new car and what did you think.

we had a look at a few different cars but in the end the Fiesta won out. im surprised at how well that car handles and it does not seam to torque steer at all. feels firm in the corners well and feels nimble and breaks have nice feel and pull up fast all in all its a great car only thing I dont like is left hand indicators and no auto lights.

We looked at the VW Polo and that was also very nice and had a good Finnish. the misses can not drive a turbo as on her P's so I did not get to drive the 1.2l turbo polo I think it would of been alot of fun.

yep yep, my lady has a brand new Fiesta Zetec.. loves it.. the ipod and bluetooth rock and its cheap and fun and looks wicked...

I like the interior, its funny that it draws so much criticism. You'll pay more for soft touch materials and angled dash in a BMW or Audi yet in the Fiesta people seem to want hard cheap plastics and a flat dashboard..

I dont mind the soft touch materials and over all it was ok but there are some really dumb points there too - for example my gf wanted a black fiesta mid range model (5 door auto) in all their wisdom ford decided that you'd get a choice of 2 interiors both of which had an ugly dash. The zetec was even worse with the maroon everywhere. When I told the salesman the colour options inside sucked he mentioned a lot of people had said that. Unfortunately the external colour determines your internal choices.

Here's an idea, make the coloured bits user replaceable inserts and sell the kit as an accessory for a couple of hundred. That way we could have got a black/black or black/silver exterior interior combo and ford makes extra coin.

I know what your saying the maroon is ugly. and you should be able to option it. Misses ended up getting a white one with tint. its very well built and they sound amazing for stock speakers they have tweeters in the door and pull good bass. see did not end up getting paint protection. I have herd people say its worth it and people say its a crock of sh*t?
