I take it you have removed the calliperYou might need to back off the hand brake and spray the centre of the rotor

A little bit of gentle heating then another dose of WD40 will get them off ASAP

Didn't look like a key hole though. The hub seemed a bit rusty so I think natures locktite has taken control.I'll give it a good soak and see how it goes when I get a chance.Andrew. Did you undo that??? If you look at the new rotor, it will be very obvious as to where this is, as there's a big hole!I don't think you could miss it! And if you did... Don't admit it on here! Guest XR09 Guests Posted 26/06/10 09:05 PM Share Posted 26/06/10 09:05 PM Mate, even if the hand brake cable is loose you still need to loosen the handbrake pretensioner on the hub. Just turn the hub so you can get to it and wind it in. Then take a soft mallet and just tap the rotor at diagonals and it will come off easy. Hit the hub with some fine paper to clean it up and either lightly spray some rust inhibitor or primer. Then just put it all back together and retighten the pretensioner (you will feel by turning the hub when it first starts to grab and just back off half a turn) and throw your wheel on.
