Have been given prices for both tyres falken $360 and toyos $395 tyre size are 20/30/245 so its not a bad price if you ask me.

I need Grip! + some sort of tyre life lol Don't really give a sh*t about road noise or anything that's what the stereo is for + whats going to be noiser than nangkangs haha

I can't gear my nankangs over the speakers!!!

Are they load rated? (93+)

Sounds like good prices...

Nothing in a 245 / 20 will ever grip! Too skinny, not enough flex in tyre wall and if they did grip, they would be a VERY soft compound, so would last 1 week!

I've run both of these tyres with 370rwkw. The 452's seem a little more positive and solid in dry cornering and are a little harder wearing than the T1R. IMHO, that's the only advantage they have over the Toyo's. The Toyo's are better in the wet and definitely hook up better in a straight line. They're also much quieter and display little to no tram-lining as they wear. The 452's got noisy and began tram-lining once they started wearing.

Grip comes with a sacrifice - tyre life. I'm pretty sure the Toyo's are a softer compound than the 452's and they didn't last as long. I am now on my second set of T1R's. I wouldn't buy 452's again after using the T1R's.

hmm Looks like T1r might be the one then... I really dunno how you guys drive these things with 370rwkw mines about 320odd and that's an absolute handful even in the dry.

I NEVER push the car around corners if I wanted to go fast around corners I'd buy an evo lol

+1 on straughsberry's comment on the 452's.....didn't feel like I got my money's worth with them.

I had them in 235/17's and they tramline worse with age as said. They also wore faster as the tread blocks got lower...too stiff are the sidewalls.

I've run T1R's which wernt too bad but if you can get R1R's in 20's then give them a go as they are the next model up and hook up well once warmed up...

The R1R's won't last even 6 months. Agree with the 452 comments. I won;t buy them again after my current ones wear out, they lose grip as they wear, become noisier, and my first set went way out of shape.

T1Rs sound good. Your 320rwkw is a handful because your 20inch tyres can't get any grip. UPGRADE to 18s and it will solve all your problems.

R1R's wont last 6 months? Are you serious? Mine have lasted over a year and still look and grip as good as new. Mind you, I totally rape my car week in week out and there are no signs of what you have mentioned above.

I had T1R's in 18's a while back and found that my car was dancing all over the road hence why I upgraded to R1R's and havent looked back. Im not totally satisfied with the tyres I have tried but what can u expect with a car is producing over 350rwkw!!!
