GT30's I think? Someone will confirm.

Quicker spool and low down torque is what it's all about, don't worry mate I was a hater at first too and swore black and blue that it was a stupid idea by Ford but the way these things smash B series down low makes it worth it to me now. Some of that can be contributed to the better intake manifold but still. FG turbo's are good for 320 where as the 35/40 goes to 400 I think.

It's enough to get nearly a length (same power/box etc) and then hold it till a reasonable speed and that's really all you want in a streeter..

Match that will a ZF and you can dispose of quite a few modded cars straight outta the factory. Gotta love it.

Poor bugger. He was happy for a snatch of time.

It has me all confused.

A dyno measures the rear wheel going around with some resistance against it. And the rear wheel of course is being driven by the motor and drive line.

So if it is measuring the rear wheel going around it would be first measuring torque. Then converting it to what rate at the rear wheels it is to drive it to said point and that time.

But auto's for one muck up torque figures. And about everything else in the drive line sucks up power.

See I am confused. There are too many variables to get an exact science and why we have these figures all over the place. Not to mention the human factor.
