There is no water coming into the cabin Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/68950-i-can-hear-water/ Share on other sites

My FG doesn't do it but my BA used to. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/68950-i-can-hear-water/#findComment-1018574 Share on other sites

Johnnie89 Member 58 Member For: 14y 10m 13d Posted 23/06/10 10:05 AM Share Posted 23/06/10 10:05 AM I noticed the same in my 09' XR6T Ute, Got it checked out, they said it's normal and just the coolant or water and heater pipes or something. I still hear it occasionally but apparently it's normal. Infact that response just aggravates me!!!Its very faint, but as long as the radio is down, you can hear it immediately after the jet roars in to life! bunna Donating Members 813 Member For: 18y 8m Posted 23/06/10 12:35 PM Share Posted 23/06/10 12:35 PM (edited) afaik its completely normal. I'd be worried if it did it constantly, but for a short time not a problem. And fellas, the heater core is not behind the cluster, so either the sound is coming from somewhere else, or murph needs his hearing checked out (giving you the benefit of the doubt here murph ) I should add that what does run through that area are the two heater hoses through the firewall - likely the noise is coming from that area.
