Hi, I'm going to start doing some circuit racing soon and I'm chasing some new wheels for the track. I would like to use Toyo Proxes R888, which sorta limits me to an 18" wheel. Now I've heard a lot of people fitting 20x10" on the rear, but I was wondering if anyone has managed to fit 18x10" and and if so what offset was used. Also would it be possible to fit 18x9" under the front?

Thanks in advance.

How did you go fitting 18 X 9's at the front with the D1R's?

Would the Wolf D1R's fit?

18 X 9 front

with

18 X 10 rear?

Offsets available are 15,20,35,40.

From memory with the 10" rim on the rear a 35 offset was about right on the BA.

However you need to look carefully at the true width of the tyres, as they are not all equal, and their can be a big variation.

I had Pirelli Corsa 285's and they were a genuine 285+, and I had to run negative camber as well.

A cheaper tyre will probably fit more more easily.

It's not just about rim width.

+41 will fit but +45 is too much of stretch? I was worried it would be hitting like the above post that winster made with the picture. If not happy days!
