If you tkae glovebox out you can see up to the top just. Ill give it another go next weekend. Did you have to make the whole at the top bigger to fit all the cables?? hawlass Silver Donating Members 1,161 Member For: 17y 2m 20d Gender: Male Location: left right out Posted 19/07/10 06:44 AM Share Posted 19/07/10 06:44 AM I gently pulled the shifter surround up and off, removed the two rear screws holding the side trims on, took them off.This exposes the two screws each side at the bottom of the icc (4 screws total). take those out, and the two screws holding the tissue box in-remove this too. Now just remove the top screw where the pod goes and you can GENTLY ease the icc forward about 10mm. Pull the top of the icc forward and it will sit out on the top mounting lugs and give you the room you need. I bent the coathanger with a slight curve outwards,put it down halfway then worked it towards the front. If you feel around from underneath you will feel it and be able to pull it down.
