Jet black paint with 3 coats of clear on top for that extra gloss. Spent 5 hours hand polishing them up, making sure its all swirl/scratch free. Hopefully I get the time to install it tomorrow, I'm dying to see if all the hard work has paid off or nothow much did that cost to get done?? Im having a go at doing mine currently, some of the pieces turned out ok, some not but I'll probably end up getting a painter to spray it in the end if I cant get it good enoughok so once I pull ICC out stand it up right just like if it was still in my dash correct?? Can car be driven while ICC unit is out????? I had no idea how many parts actually came off the ICC unit. Crazy. I cant decide if I should paint the actual air vent slider things or just the surrround.Pretty sure the car wont move without it, unless you put the unit back in with no buttons on the front but I duno if that'll work either

I would only need it like that for 2days max even without the buttons it would be all good. I highly doubt it the techs @ local ford dealer would know..... whats the worse that can happen? limp mode? If I take it out and put it back in will I need a security code or something??
