I was gonna say the same thing...

There shouldn't be a $200 rebate... There should be a COST PRICE changeover direct from Herrod...

Carnts trying to make a farking profit from shafting people!!!

Lucky I don't have an XCAL1... Cause I would definitely be banned on here again!!! :stirthepot:

I believe most consumers that recently bought X1's understand that the price they paid was far lower that an X3 but the previous posts are correct...you get what you pay for.

While that statement will not allow your X1 box to be re-flashed, setting the Xcal1 box to stock and having your tuner flash an x3 will put at least $200.00au in your pocket and give you a device that is not in jepordy of being iradicated due to unethical acts.

Please forward your negative comments to SCT at sales AT sctflash.com as Herrod does an acceptional job distributing and supporting dealers and customers in your country. My only wish was that we could have selected him as our first choice.

Charlie

I bought my box in good faith, as it I was the best option for my vehicle at the time and I did not pay a paltry $595 closer to $ 1395... so

What are you doing other than charging me another mininum $600 ?

SCT were looking for "edit" stooges in the early days of the XR6Turbo and now you shaft those that gave you farkers a fair fo in the first place.

Discrgaceful. You don't sell UniChimp on the side do you?

at the end of the day, we can bitch as much as we want. SCT know they *MIGHT* loose 5-10% of clients to other stuff, but they know people will suck it up and get the x3. Like I did and many more will. We dont like it, but SCT know it will happen. They will profit * and we all lose out.

Its all about money, not customer satisfaction.

Wouldnt the AU market only make up 10% of SCT's business?

What if the ZF tuning ability ends up not being compatible with the x2 or x3 and SCT are forced to release a x4.
