I think people need to boycott SCT...

This is ridiculous... Especially seeing as some people have purchased them in the last year...

If you have purchased them in the last year, I would be asking for my money back, as it does not work as it was supposed to anymore!!!

it seems as if people havent quite read the announcement correctly, if you have a xcal1 with tunes on it that is YOURS you can still upload different tunes from your xcal1 to your car.

they are no longer supplying the tuning software for the xcal1s. meaning a tuner cant change the tunes on your xcal1.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY A LATER XCAL UNLESS YOU WANT ANOTHER CUSTOM TUNE.

cheers blake hope that makes sense

btw I have an xcal 1 wich I bought last year and this is gayer than aids

Problem being that those that have sold XCAL 1's in the last year probably aren't dealers with Herrod who is the current distributor in Australia. Who's responsibility is it then? The tuners or SCT? A bit of a mess I say. I just hope SCT don't continue to do this with this in the future.

Yeah, but its a paper weight if that's all it does mate...

How many people change their tunes often... most run a single tune... maybe a drag tune...

They are used more often to get retuned by a tuner, which cant happen any more...

I have a Flash2... But it sux for all of you boys with XCAL1s... There will be 1000s I reckon... Herrod and SCT can see $$$ in this agreement...
