I hope that someone surely at Herrod and SCT can make this better in the future. I hope my X2 doesn't become a paper weight soon either. I hope that a class action against herrod is not needed for a wake up call. Would SCT just pull the pin for support completely?? A very delicate subject I am sure. It would be good to hear from Herrod and or SCT to respond to peoples opinions. Maybe they don't even know what the effects are to customers and workshops??
