Mine does it too, but not too noticable. I have had every component from the gearbox back replaced and I still have vibration issues, although they have changed characteristics. Its no where near as bad but still there. I have since built a bridge.Start with a tailshaft re-balance and go from there. I have a BF II xr6t also and I still cant get rid of brake shudder even after buying a new set of dba 4000 rotors...it always comes back... Despite rotor machining, replacement, tail shaft balances & replacement, wheel balancing it finally got fixed at 60,000K's (3 years later). Steering rack was the problem, all gone since this was replaced. If you are feeling the vibration through the steering wheel (it also effects the general car feel) get Ford to replace.
