Hey guys,

Planning on getting one the xforce exhuasts through Rapid for my fg xr6t auto

I dont want it to be too loud nor do I want the drone.

I want the 4inch dump pipe to a hiflow cat.

Would there be a difference between a 3.5inch vs the 4inch cat back performance wise?

anyone have these on their fg? experiences?? videos?

Cheers,

If you sticking with the stock XR6/G6 turbo, the 4inch dump & cat will let you max out the stock turbo pretty easy as the rest of the factory system flows enough o support mid 300s.

But if low-mid 300s arn't enough for you, and your thinking of upgrading the turbo ( F6 unit or rebuild ect ) the full 3.5inch system will be a good move as it will support over 400.

The 3.5inch system sounds nice and is much quieter than the 4inch system, if your tossing up between them still.

Have the X Force mild steel 3.5" system with 4inch dump and metal cat on mine - sound / noise level is fine after the first couple of weeks and it coats up.... a little noisy initially. Beautiful burble on overrun. Check out photo's in my garage. :censored:

I have modded my fg xr6 turbo and I have a 4"dump, 3.5" cat and exhaust. its supported me to 426 rwkw so far but I need to go bigger to support me over 450+.

I will be upgrading to a 4"dump, 5"cat and 4" system which will be plenty as my exhaust was holding me back from extracting everything this car has.

The next step will be a bigger turbo but that's not going to happen. This ute is crazy to drive and the exhaust does sound pretty good. Most people think there is a screamer pipe on it!!

I just emailed rapid yesterday about the xforce 4" system, is the 4" system overly loud or just louder than the 3.5" system cause I dont mind it loud personaly but dont want to get pulled over and done by the cops.
