The only difference I can see is one says "Ford" and the other says "HL"

The stationary vibration is now GONE. We'll see how she goes on the drive to work tomorrow I'll second that there was no need to pull the turbo off, just dropped the dump pipe - anyone doing this make sure you secure your oxygen sensor wiring if you remove it away from the headers.Pictures of old and new attached for anyone who's interested... Replaced both engine mounts today, and it drives like a brand new ute! The mount under the turbo was sightly melted, and very cracked due to the heat and had compressed, and the other was also compressed somewhat compared to the new ones put it. hope this helps anyone who may have this problem in the future. By the way the ute has done 150,000 kms. I thought the mounts would have lasted a bit longer than that!

Anyone else have that problem?I'm just going to wait a couple of months til it settles then go in again and retighten.
