A mate (Dus12) has a Ute similar and it Dyno'd 540 with the standard plenum. So of the time being we will leave this but if found to be holding it back a PW plenum will be installed.

All the completed mods should/will support what the goal is, I have full confidence in my tunner Blueboost, Dave.

Obviously you may hit a specific target number with the OEM Plenum, but at that kind of level (500+) surely you would use aftermarket for the sake of better flow / efficiency anyways?

I mean, whats the point of pushing the stocker that far just for the sake of making a point... No one else seems to be running the OEM plenum at that level for a reason...?

Not making a point with the standard Plenum and as said before will change over to a PW Plenum when the time is right.

Hey does the hotside pipewok run in under your air box? I'm guessing that is it being held up in the middle photo on the middle row. It looks a LOT shorted than standard.

Exactly what im saying... if shooting for 500+, isnt that time now...

May aswell throw a PW plenum on it before tuning, rather than tuning and doing it later anyway?

What kind of heat shielding are you using?

Fabbed something up or a turbo beanie?

O.K. O.K. on the Plenum you got me, LOL - A PW one will be installed before tuning along with a beanie which was ordered last week.

On the 3" piping and Airbox install we had to do a bit of cutting with a air hacksaw. In the second photo you can see how it runs under the fuse box. After this it hugs the plastic wheel arch thing and does a 90 turn into the cooler. There are 4 joiners including the 1 on the cooler.

Having the 3000 stall works very well with when the Turbs is on full song. :innocent:

The boost rev range has been reduced slightly but it's really worth it.
