For really low and cheap, SSL king springs + your choice of shock (monroe good bang for buck, Koni / Bilstein for handling but pricey)A word from the wise - don't spend too much on your p plate ride. No skipping on tyre quality. No 20" wonder wheels or 25kg bling alloy lumps. leave springs standard (it is not uncool if it works) leave bushes standard and ensure standard bushes are in good condition fit Bilstein shocksThat's it.
