Cheers P@. Booked in for Monday.

Thanks for the heads up CHILLR. He's wheel alignment price was quite high compared to most places but I'm only after a couple of bushes and maybe a camber kit so I'm happy to pay a couple of bucks for that.

To align a falcon with shims should cost around $120 or so - considering the time it takes to shim the front end I think that is reasonable

Also would it do any harm if I put in a shim or two myself before I went over there to save myself some labor costs? I've got around 5mm of thread left on each stud.

You can shim it before hand, but if you put them in the wrong bracket you might cost yourself more money...

SHP - are you after more or less camber?

Well I was just planning on making my own shimms and putting them between the upper control arm mount and the body. Assuming that's where they go.

Maybe I should just leave it to the professionals.

P@ : want an adjustable kit. Stuff all camber for the street to get good tyre wear and chasing around 3-4 degrees for the odd track day. Stock height.
