Expensive Daewoo said I have to get it serviced with them for the warranty but I dont know what Expensive Daewoo r like with turbos so thinkin about getting it serviced elsewhere because I dont think the warranty is really worth worrying about. I need to get it serviced with little funds at the moment not sure where to go? If u can offer any help and information would be greatley appreciated. Also wat does the 60,000k service consist of? In the area re: turbos??? I would say Mick @ PitLane or G&D... Although they have been very quiet on the forum...Mick is in Frankston but well worth the drive... Looks after your car like it's his own. And Mick is as Anal as they come!!!Ford in Cranbourne is improving as they used to be cocks... Had nothing but issues in the past, but the service manager has changed... They actually suggest for you to go to Pitlane for performance mods :-)Oh... And btw... I am in Narre south! We live next door. I am in an orange ba T with black 20s... Sitting on it's arse with personalised plates to match the fact that my car is on gas!!! LOL you will know me when you see me ;-)

I got my car hooked up cause my engine light came on and my xcal was at my tuners. When they told me what it was (2nd o2 sensor) they said I could put a stock cat on it or get it programmed out at a, b, or c workshops in the area. They also didn't charge me the stupid amount ford charge to get a fault diagnosed because I had my car serviced by them once when I first bought it. Saying all that, you will still be facing ford labour charges. So I would recommend Pit lane. Edited 02/06/10 08:35 PM by Paulie2256

If so, youd have to get it serviced with them to keep it. But if its a factory one (no way given its age) it wouldn't matter. As mentioned, oil and plugs, better off doing yourself. Anything else, get a mechanice. Any of the Tuners would be a good idea as they can probably look after your turbo a bit better. However, a good foord dealer is worth their weight in gold, but its hard to find one.I have absolutely blown my engine and driveline warranty out the door, but always worry about other things in the car.Good luck.
