seduced Need more power. Now taking donations. Member 753 Member For: 16y 2m 21d Gender: Male Posted 31/05/10 11:00 PM Share Posted 31/05/10 11:00 PM His will be easier to cruise in (depending on how big the cam is) with zero lag and miles of low-end torque. His will probably feel quicker and give bigger smiles with all the noise and drama about it.But yours will still be quicker overall. As much as I dont like lag, I actually love it and sometimes prefer it. Like when you pull out to overtake and it comes on song after a second or so, its like you know whats coming and it still excites you everytime. Also, his full exhaust and constant whine will begin to annoy him after about 2 hours of highway cruising... Its a roots type so you should be safe. Its the twin screw that would scare me. good thing blown fords get the twin screws and holdens get the roots type. (in most cases I have seen anyway)haha always have to put a little disclaimer in to cover yourself before someone jumps in saying errr that's actually not the case centrifugal SC are just pov and are a waste of money IMO Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/68482-blown-holden-vs-boosted-xr/page/2/#findComment-1012359 Share on other sites
