On that dyno that's far more impressive than the peak number.

On that dyno 400@4000 is a very strong car; 400@3500 is not really for the street (the 1200NM is the killer).

To an extent this was an R&D exercise, with E85, convertor, larger high mount turbo, extractors & external wastegate mated to THR exhaust.

There's a market out there for AWD conversions. We have moved so far since 2003/2004, it far beyond expectations.

Is there anyone working on an AWD conversion?? Could be a monster if done right.

Cheers Steph, just out of curiousity Bud, could you please explain to me how RPM can be derived on a hub dyno when the run is performed in 4th 1:1 ratio and not actual? dontknow.gifbeerchug.gificon_ford.gif

On some dyno printouts, I have seen 'derived' RPM from a run in a 1:1 ratio compared to ODB 'actual' RPM and the difference in the was 1500+rpm. That thought in my head may have lead me to ask this question that perhaps something else was going on. That's all. No biggy. Still a misssssiiiff effort :)

Yes my friend........... However you are questioning a Tunehouse (HuB) Dyno?? Is it fair to state that you have not considered this? Because your explanation just states the obvious........... (Should I elaborate)?

Hub dyno rpm is true rpm.

On the roller the only way to know is to read from the ODB2, and then estimate the power lost through slippage.

the power it made was a top effort especially from a standard motor. soon to be upped to about 700kw with the new built motor so jim can push it to the limit of this little turbo.not a dyno queen turbo.good street turbo it comes on very early and like a bulllet. its insane.

the 600kw it made was to see how much the stock bootom end could take .and that it .

WOW! Really??

That obviously makes this result even more impressive. Im presuming it must be a larger core again from the 66mm T04 wheel.

You dont want to PM it to me mate.... I keep secrets :stirthepot:
