Expand Yeah; 11's aren't massive anymore. It has been done before, but not worth talking about as those specific ones must have been reasonable. There's plenty of tyres (most that are too small for our cars) that are absolutely terrible and barely even worth turning in to smoke (if it's even possible to do that on some).
