I say lets have a look at what you have. Pretty happy with the deals I was offered and signed up with them.I got told the installation would happen on the 17th of May. I took the day off and made sure I was home.No one turned up for the installation. I call up the next day to find out what is happening. I call the number supplied to me by the door salesperson and ask them what has happened. They tell me that it is Telstra's responsibility to contact me because they couldn't do the install. I call Telstra and they tell me that they couldn't do the install. I asked why and why wasn't I contacted? I was told problem with the exchange and couldn't tell me why I wasn't contacted. Therefore I decided to make a complaint. The lady from Telstra submitted an electronic complaint for me. I recieved a notification that my complaint had been filed and gave me reference number if I needed to contact them. The email also specified someone would be in contact with me within 2 business days. This complaint was made on Tuesday the 18th of May.I heard nothing back from Telstra so I called Friday the 21st and gave them the reference number given to me via email. I wanted to go back to Telstra because I loved the web services like V8's live etc and pretty happy with there service in the past.To my dismay after 30+ minutes they could not put me through to the right department or even find the reference number given to me by Telstra.Should I take this further? If so who with? Or just not bother.

I pay Foxtel for my tv and do my own internet and phones (I own a isp).Go with optus for cable or Internode for ADSL2+. Try the Optus packages for phone/tv/internet, they suck, but not as bad as the big T

Simply advise them to cancel the install...Dont be fooled by this pack of foolish muppets!Despite being a Telstra Dealer (also/"zap")... I will not used the bastards for anyhting other then providing the copper lines to connect to my ISP (iinet)...We have our own lines and direct net connections at the office through one of the other business we are partnered with, and none of which is with Tesltra.ISP - I give #1 spot to iinet, #2 internode and #3 to TPG (only on bang for buck) service is farking worse the dealing with a useless ford dealer...Was with Optus in the past for land lines, but they screwed all my services up at one stage so would never go back...Mobiles are all with Optus, however having crazy service issues over the past few months... (plans are awesome however... love business timeless plans)...All this and again a Telstra Dealer... (only if asked to supply Telstra...) otherwise we recommend other providers...Go Figure! In fact, it was actually pretty good. But their internet plans were the biggest rip off ever, I was paying $80 for 20gig ADSL2, so I switched to dodo. Now paying $50 a month for 50gig ADSL2, but the speed isnt as fast as telstra

(plans are awesome however... love business timeless plans)...Optus mobile is really bad lately, 2G is ok but 3G... f*ck me dead it's pissing me off. Sick of "Connection Error" and gon't even get me started on the internet, when on the train in the morning it takes a whoole train jurney to load up few pages, I guess it's good for saving on downloads. Been like this for about 6 months now...Going telstra mobile as soon as I can get out of the optus contract (if anyone has recomendations on ending the contract early I'm all ears).
