A dealer must supply you with a road legal car if it is registered ie. the old pink slip on sale if they won't play the car drive the vehicle to your nearest RTA and ask them to put it over the pits and defect it, which means that it has to be fixed or the dealers licence is on the line....I have used this little trick before when dealing with a dodgy dealer and th rta were more than happy to add as many defects as they could find.

Just cut it and you get more power!

Mate trust us when we say they are stock.

We have cops and Ford mechanics who all say they are stock.

If they have their asses flogged out of them, they are generally faster.

Unless you have had it one the 1/4 or dyno, it is only your imagination.

They are stock apart from the police option packs. Your ford spare parts man can tell you what options your car came with new if you give him your VIN.

Though you can get lucky.. There's a dead stock 09 F6 up here running 418rwhp. 16psi factory tune. And a early 09 XR6T that's running 13psi stock for a healthy 355rwhp on 10.5 afr's. Both come to work for servicing, neither have been played with. Both salesman pointed out at time of sale that they could tell something was up with the power.

Build em every day - absolutely no difference in engine or calibration. The biggest differences were that Police option got the second battery in the boot and associated wiring, 17 inch rims on turbo, and the odd LSD where there wasnt one before. Now we have BA F6 18s and 4 pot brembos on XR6Ts.

WTF?! "stock" my arse! they're having a lend of you dude.

EX-chasers aren't any different power wise, they're just thrashed unmercifully from the showroom floor... that alone should be enough... I thrashed my old BA2 Turbo from brand new and it put down 226rwkws at about 10,000km COMPLETELY stock. Fact is 99% of these cars are babied from new...

They are stock mate. One of them is a good friend, went on the dyno after doing 400km. Went on again last week and made the same power. Rocky is a small town. They both still come into work for warranty and servicing.
