There is a small rev band where you can hear the engine labouring though if you're right on the edge. I can cruise in 70 zones in 6th easily on mine Oh and the auto will put itself in 6th at 80 from memory, once you stop moving the pedal.Hell I drive in 5th in 60 zones! I better watch out, I love manual mode too except if it's the first 2 minutes and it's ice cold (changes seem spongy and soft in manual mode so I figure it's nicer on the box).
