All on standard injectors too!!!

I was at HPF on the dyno day where that car was going to prove everyone wrong.

I felt sorry for the car. The boost just kept getting pumped into it and in the end it didn't even get close.

Of course, all the stooges cried foul. Accusing the operator of not giving it full throttle.

Oh, and the speech afterwards! That was the best bit! :innocent:

yea I just cant wait til kewish build my auto so I can run it at heathcote on the 12th. I miss my happyness these last few weeks. hopefully it runs a good time.

the tune I have in my car now is very good I must say... I had to go back 2 times to get it right cause I told him where I wanted boost to start and how to bring it on so it wont ping. It does pull pretty hard for the mods.

No tune should ping regardless of power, boost or RPM , if it does take it back.

Rattle( if you can hear it in the cabin) is almost certain death for the engineshutup.gif

That's because you had to tell him how to tune it.. Did I hear you say ping, that part comes free, about the oonly thing guaranteed to happen.

its fine now mate, normal premuim 98, regardless of how cold the temp is now it dosent detonate. Alot smoother than the previous tune. Got it tested on the dyno at dynomite and he said the tune was pretty safe.

heat causes detonation mate cold is a good thing for turbo's, hate to say it but I would be getting it retuned after your auto experience

at least you had it checked
