He may want the luxury of the fairmont, think G6ET :stirthepot:

Easiest if you have a complete donor car mate, change the ECU along with the engine a drive train. You will probably need to go to ford to get your ICC working. Other then that, should be a simple change over of parts.

It would be much easier turning an XR6T into Ghia spec.

I didn't think of that. if I go for your idea il be needing to buy a xr6 because il be sharing cars with my old (until I get my p's) and due to the p-plate power restrictions.
