Hi guys,

I've got a bent sway bar link on the front passenger side of the ute.

Just curious what other people have replaced them with?

I emailed whiteline about this product they sell...

They advised against using it in a daily car as its quite noisy and becomes noiser with time.

Surely someone out there has a happy medium between the flimsy factory link and this monster whiteline link.

I used a secondhand set of whiteline links when putting my rear whiteline swaybars in, and it rattled like a mofo!

I couldn't pinpoint exactly which part of it was rattling, so I put back the stock links and its perfect again.

When I put in the front swaybar I decided to stick with the stock linkages for now. I have the swaybars set on the stiffest setting as well.

Its had one skidpan day already and the stock links have held up okay. If they break I'll have a chat to Pat and see if he can send me over a set :)

Try these guys. I have dealt with them before and they were quite good each time.

The lining material inside the rod body can make a big difference to overall performance of rod ends.

I know Pat stocks rear end ones, however I'm a little unsure if he does them in the front end...

I have the heavy duty adjustable bar on the hard setting and broken a few of the standard linkages. I then went for the the whiteline heavy duty linkages and broke them too. I then went to the race linkages but they were too noisy and kept coming loose. I spoke to Dougie from Whiteline and he recommended the threaded rod linkages that can be cut to length. They are a thicker link and hence a fair bit stronger than the heavy duty ones.

These have worked a treat. No noise, no breakages, and now slightly longer to cope with suspension travel. Highly recommended for anyone who has had the same issues with sway bar links.

Cheers, Max
