It was parked up just into the 60k/hr zone (previous zone 80k/hr).......It had what looked like about a 30cm long x 5cm diameter round matt black device on the boot (indicated by arrow) and was angled at about 30 degrees across the line of traffic. It was parked up as the first car traffic passed in a line of cars. Constable plod was inside sitting in the middle of the rear seat.Rego 915LDT.
