Cheers Boosted1! :icon_ford:

Yeah weird how our MPH is higher than it should be, I tried a mates VE SS and his MPH was pretty spot on!

Remeber all this Calculator is a guide ONLY and many other variables can sway your actual results! :icon_ford:

Sorry mate - Manual is a mile off...

'Constructive criticism'

It's a BFYM calculator, with no reference to dollars spent p/kw?

eg; I ran in a stock car with injectors and a cat punch.. Where does that put my BFYM 1/4 mile effort??

Good to go to the trouble, but guys can get on myriad of 1/4 mile calculators all over teh net..(which include weight & drag co-effiecient compensation - not to mention stall convertor / turbo (think torque) / diff ratio effect)

yeah to many variables....I got a f6 tornado motor in my car, and run semi slicks only. Not to mention a loose converter chewing up unknown rwkw.

Concept is good though for stock motor vehicles with no stall. nice one :)

Thanks for your comments F6 but Bang for your mod is purley a name and yeah look your prob right the name of it is a little off. Though I guess the interesting thing to see will be how some of some of the Dyno sheet figures compare to the expected 1/4 & MPH results.cause as you know some tuners let the car get up onto the front roller to inflate dyno figures somewhat and then the poor bugger thinks wow I should be able to real off a 11.5 now and can't break into the lwo 12's. However I haven't seen in my limited time looking at the drag racing calculators one that was pretty simple to use and also gave you the freedom to input your actual figures and it calculate a differences.

This is as I previoulsy mentioned is a guide only (more a bit of fun than anything) but I feel as like you have done the more and more feed back (and finding that magical Manual allowance figure for the 4.0ltrT)I can get the more and more I teak it and hopefully come out the other side with a real nice little calculating tool!

cheers again for your comments.

Not too bad at all! Definite improvement over version 1.0 :)

The calculation was 11.56 @ 117 and I achieved 11.30 @ 120 so pretty close. I ran my times on slicks though, I don't know if the calculator is assuming street tyres and that.
