Has Anyone Else Had This Problem

put new plugs and coils in. car runs fine and drives fine drove around town for 20 min this arv brought it on boost a couple of times and ran sweet. got back to the shop and gave it a few revs with it out of gear and it just wont rev up again like it is in limp mode. turned the car of turned it on and it drives sweet again. any ideas anyone because I dont know :dontknow:

Im not 100% sure but isnt there a limiter when the car is in neutral? What did it rev too when you took it out of gear?

pretty sure it does it when it is out of gear and when the cluch is in when it is in gear. it seems to do it when there is no load on the engine. otherwise it drives fine. have got it home atm and gunna put some ks up on the weekend.

Glad you found the problem, but was a little concerned when you said your 'base' Fuel pressure was 40-50psi!

* I have a Six speed Manual

I used to get Fuel surge, even with a Surge Tank and twin external Pumps, when I was cornering at the Track.

- I logged it on my Data Logger and found the Fuel pressure was below 30psi between 0-3000rpm!

* My Tuner said it should be about 50psi!

They adjusted this and the problem has gone.
