It was a rebal ford dealer, im from adelaide. Took 2 stressfull weeks, about 100 bucks of call credit and 4 dealers to get get the price I ended up with for the new car. My trade in price was based on what I had left on my loan, low 18's. The dealer offered to pay it out if I bought the new car we had been discussing for the last 2 weeks, so that was there idea. I would have to check my old loan statement for the exact price they paid, but it was just over 18k.

My new car is a ute so it was always going to be 6 to 8g cheaper than sedans just in case you were unaware.

Im not trying to prove anything worm, I just was saying my own experiance and I felt that 22k is a little low for the quilty of car he offered to trade in. Im happy for you to explain to me in detail in what you think the dealer has done with my sale. What ever the case im happy with my purchase. :)

put the for sale sticker with your mob no on the back window and see what offers you get.

worst thing that happens then is you get hot girlies ringing you up hahahahhahaha

speaking from experience eh Paul? :roflmbo:

Seriously though - the BA XR6Ts are going to be a cult car in a few more years (if not already) - why the hell would you want to sell it :pooh:

i got 17k for my 03 ba ute with 100k on it. Drove into the dealer, asked for an outright sale price, 17k, gave him the keys walked out. Was easy!
