I had ku 31's on my old T... Manual with 350rwkw... Held the power better than the stock T I have now that has hankook k104s..

Def go the ku31s before the hankooks... The hankooks are sh*t!

Mate in a few weeks I might have that nizpro crossover pipe your chasing...

Also, with the tyre website tirerack, how do you go about getting them to ship to aus? do you have to ring them direct? There prices are awesome.

You just send an eamil to one of the reps on the "contact us" page.

Contacting

Email them exactly what you want, and your shipping address where someone will be able to sign for delivery (I.e. work )

They will get back to you with a total amount plus shipping fee. in $USD

I then just go to ANZ bank and get them to do an international transfer. Costs about $30 fee, but still cheaper in the long run.

Try your nearest Kmart, cheapest place I've found for kuhmo

Ouch on the option1 price, maye they realised how cheap it was and that's why the price isn't on the site anymore hahaha. Shoulda ordered 8 when I had the chance! Although I do recall massive price swings to certain sizes, wasn't very logical. 17" love :)

PM sent about the Nizpro pipe miles!

after alot of ringing around, I ended up getting the Kumho KU31 in 275 30 19, $270 each(fitted, balanced etc)

it seams to be a bit of an odd size, not many options out there at reasonable prices...

my only other options were top of the range tyres $450 plus, or nankangs and other el cheapo brands which I wont ever touch again! they leave the lexanis I had on the car for dead!

the car feels MUCH more planted on the road. cant commment on grip yet as I only got them today, but 2nd gear held fine without loosing traction (270rwkw 850nm) something the lexanis struggled to do, lateral grip felt quite good, but ill try them out properly when they are worn in a little, which shouldnt be too long.... :spoton:

going from 265 to 275 would also help the cause, but now the arse end looks nice and fat! :fool:

they JUST fit under the gaurds! glad I didnt go 285 wide...
