Do what the UK folk do. Take to the cameras with guns, paint, fire, rocks, slingshots. Everytime they are repaired, destroy them again. The cost to endlessly repair them, with the lack of revenue the now rpoduce because they are never working should see them removed.

The scum spent a fortune in WA WA land putting in double cameras to catch motorcyclists as they have no front number plate. Another Ruse to dud the people.

In the USA most states are having referendums and getting rid of the worlds ultimate Sychophant device.

one positive for WA least we can have radar detectors, unless that's changed since I've been away.

They make you drive safer I think, since they go off every automatic door, and road work.

From: The Sunday Mail (Qld) May 23, 2010 12:00AM

OVERKILL: This mobile speed camera was stationed not far from a fixed speed camera on the Nicklin Way.

POLICE have been accused of double-dipping after a speed van was deployed 100m from a fixed speed camera to catch unsuspecting motorists.

Seriously though if you got done by the mobile speed camera in that picture (sitting right underneath the speed camera ahead sign), you really shouldn't be driving on our roads and deserve the fine(s).

Yeah the US is full of common sense initiatives, like wearing seatbelts which is optional in most states.

I'd rather be harrassed on the road than having my life examined by anti-terrorism freaks in the US

but the US population will eventually stand up for themselves regarding all this crap under the guise of anti terrorism (like they are doing now with speed cameras and firearm laws). Aussie's just accept it.

Face it, when was the last time you wrote a letter to a MP, not to mention protest/attend a meeting/ ect.

I think australians have to get a lot more active in govt. It would be easy for me to move to the US and enjoy their lifestyle (and the female related benifits our accent brings), but I think I will try to make a difference for the better here. I am neither Lib or Labor but the fact that NSW labor got elected last election shows how messed up australia is.

re speeding fines, if they worked, shouldnt fine revenue decrease every year as people stop speeding because of them?

I'd rather be harrassed on the road than having my life examined by anti-terrorism freaks in the US

its the same thing

Have a look at this: Drivers will face fines for unlocked cars

Drivers face fines for unlocked cars

They reckon we increase our crime rate by leaving our doors open or windows down.

What can I say: Whoever legislates all this crap - are completely mad and deserve to be beaten.

They just diverse the real problem to us, motorists and they don't say that the real problem is in people using drugs, and that you can buy those drugs freely around your 7 eleven store.

Revolution. We have to throw these pricks out of their chairs and give them good beating.
