well I pickup up my car today after having the auto rebuilt and the tuner has fixed the tune so it will run ok at cold start. I will post some pics later of the bands that came out of the auto, they are really stuffed.

I have a fg long going for a little more than what an fg short is worth.

Just found this on another forum- F6 runs a unique conrod and piston compared to XR6 turbo now. The FG XR6 turbo is right on the (OE) limit with these parts which are carry over BA - BF typhoon.

MAHLE supply a stronger piston for the FG F6 application, whilst the conrod small end bush is replaced with a cast bronze sleeve and specially pressed and machined into position by ARGO engineering as per the V8 super car rods!

well my plans for my motor have taken a bit of a kick in the guts. I got layed off from work on monday so im in the process of finding another job.

hopefully I'll get he car back home and start pulling the motor out to get it ready for the FG block when the funds build back up again.

I'll put updates up when everything starts moving again.
