Did you have alot of problems with your BA? they really that bad?

Not allot just the usual, but this time I'll wanna try and get close to 400 and it will be allot cheaper and safer to do in a BF ZF then a BA.

Have you considered a lancer?

Go for it Dilly, if it all goes pear-shaped and the house is sold you can always sleep in your car. Can't drive the house around if the reverse happens. :innocent:

Talk to a mortgage broker.. a good one. Or an accountant if you have access to one. They'll tell you the best options for your situation.

I would try to avoid putting the car on the mortgage though. 25yrs of interest payments on a car will add up.

As for personal experiences, I got the house first and then a year or two later I got the car with a car loan. The year gives you enough time to build up some equity.

Ive got 2 motto's in life; things happen for a reason, and no regrets.

I dont want to end up at the retirement village, wondering, geez, I shoulda done this or I shoulda done that, or I shoulda bought that when I could..

If you have the opportunity, do it. No point wondering what if.

Yeah, I just bought a BA with leather and premo sound..

Dont want a nuts T anymore... As there is too many issues with canaries and cops... But a tuned car with a small amount of mods will give you a nice quick car with leather, premo sound and nice looks...

Get a $15-16k T and spend a little bit of cash on mods and a tune (injectors etc...)

See 280rwkw and you will be happy and be able to afford to live!

My 2 cents...

Oh and generally your mortgage will appreciate more then your car will depreciate... So you should have it covered....

Put your car on a house loan for SURE as you interest rates are cheaper than a personal loan...

Pay as much into your house as you can and get ahead... Then you save cause you are paying less interest... And your extra repayments will negate the effect of paying off the T... Your offset will reduce your residual... And you will end up paying off the house quicker....

My extra cent!
