Can't drive the house around if the reverse happens.

They'll tell you the best options for your situation.I would try to avoid putting the car on the mortgage though. 25yrs of interest payments on a car will add up.As for personal experiences, I got the house first and then a year or two later I got the car with a car loan. The year gives you enough time to build up some equity.

No point wondering what if.

As there is too many issues with canaries and cops... But a tuned car with a small amount of mods will give you a nice quick car with leather, premo sound and nice looks...Get a $15-16k T and spend a little bit of cash on mods and a tune (injectors etc...)See 280rwkw and you will be happy and be able to afford to live!My 2 cents...Worm

So you should have it covered....Put your car on a house loan for SURE as you interest rates are cheaper than a personal loan...Pay as much into your house as you can and get ahead... Then you save cause you are paying less interest... And your extra repayments will negate the effect of paying off the T... Your offset will reduce your residual... And you will end up paying off the house quicker....My extra cent!
