HI PSI Member 1,586 Member For: 18y 7m 17d Gender: Male Location: Central Queensland Posted 07/05/10 04:30 AM Share Posted 07/05/10 04:30 AM I think that there is a typo there.... I'm posative that it should say 300 rms.....Being ported it will take less power to run... And being a dual 2 ohm, if you parallel the voice coils.. You will see a 4 ohm load.... So something like THIS should be perfect for you.... AMPLIFIER LINK CLICK HERE

Posted 07/05/10 05:14 AM Author Share Posted 07/05/10 05:14 AM (edited) seduced, I didnt know how much they went for so I put 300$ as a ball park figure. I found one for less then 400$ which is perfect and new. So id be happy to pay 400$ for it. Just need a few more recommendations. How about I raise the price to under 1000$. Then I can make a desicion from there.thank you Hi PSI. But id rather not invest on somethgin that the seller cant confirm if its working or not. 600w max power for my 3000w max powered sub? There is no typo. google the sub. its 3000pmpo, 1000rms ratting.Looks like ill just buy the BMF1000D as posted earlier. Cheers for the 'help'. STOP BEING A TIGHT ARSE ON THE AMP!!!Sorry, but that's about all there is to it...Buy something sub/par and u will end up with either a blown sub due to voice coil burn out, or a dead amp from cooking the poor thing when you try and push it to 2ohms!!! (Plus the fact its a dual VC)...Best you walk away and go to your local Ministry of Sound club, have a few shots at the bar then go stand right up front and close to the DJ platform... you should walk out of there with some bruising by the end of the night... Sell the bastard and go get some nicer mid range 10" subs, port the box, split seal the enclosure (so two boxes in one) and get an amp to suit... You will be happier for more then a week or so with that... 2Ohm DVC is really starting to get serious...Do you know if your going to run the VC's in Series or Parallel? Will also make all the difference... (Haven't read all the posts here, but I can assure you this will make a huge difference to what amp is required if looking to run a single mono block for the driver.. not sure if anyone has mentioned this as yet...)
