Got to spend money to make money....

Actually if they didn't spend any money on these they'd still sell normal falcons and make money out of them...

See them in the flesh guys, they'll sell to the target markets, there's only limited numbers anyway. Fact is the majority of people on this site wouldn't be in this thread singing praise unless they had 5 megawatts and 24 inch rims with completely different sheetmetal, or something like the fg coupe on my desktop - something id get very excited about if it was ever a reality.

I suppose you are right Bunna. Although, if I were to celebrate 50 yrs of a car I made, I would be releasing something special, a one off that will lose money but will generate interest in the brand anyway... an FG coupe is a great suggestion. Would love to see the picture on your desktop.

Grey alloys, stickers and fog light surrounds just feels like Ford from the 90s again... genertaing little interest by offering 'special' models like the "Sapphire" falcon...YAWN.
