Hi!

I'm wanting to change the bulbs for the 4 interiors overhead lamps in my FG F6 to LED's. The manual says they are 5W/T10 wedge's but it doesn't say how to remove the plastic covers to access them ... can anyone tell me what I need to do to get the covers off? There doesn't seem to be an obvious place for me to pry them open using a screwdriver or anything ... any help would be most appreciated!! Thank you in advance :-)

I use a screwdriver through a cloth just to protect the trim (habit from work). Just prise them off by getting the screwdriver in the fore/aft sides of the covers (you should see a little marking where the clipping points are - aim for these). They will pop out without too much drama. installation is simply clipping them back in evenly.

Most awesome, thank you sooo much for that, I had no idea where to place the screwdriver!!!

May I also ask, in the photo above, what are those 5 buttons for?? My F6 doesn't have those? Also, your rear mirror seems to be an auto-dim mirror. The F6 doesn't have those either!

The buttons are for his sunroof I'd imagine, and the electrochromatic mirror is a 'E-spec' thing...only fitted to G6E/G6ET (and I assume the GTE/F6E)
