Im going to install new speakers tomorrow and was going to use 25mm spacers front and rear. Im putting in kicker cs65 which are 43mm mounting depth. Would that be a issue with a 25mm spacer.

25mm sounds a bit excessive.... have measured it up? Might foul on the door trim. not saying it will I did mine like 3 years ago now so can't remember much of it haha

As posted before in this thread 32mm front or double up on the 16mm and a single 16mm spacer for rear?

I just want to make sure. Can you remember when you did your lennox was your spacers on a angle or just flat

I used 32mm front, but did trim plastic on back of door trim just to make sure it cleared.

On rears I think you may have an issue with Clearence using 25mm but again it's been a long time.

Flat also.

Rears did you trim the door trim with a 16mm spacer on the rear also can you remember the depth of you speakers? Cheers
