Yeah, that curved one looks strange...

I have found for $580 that there is a place in brissy that do the 2300kg HD tow packs delivered. that's where I'm headed, need a big-one to tow the boat.

Well I just called Ford spare parts and according to them, all 1600KG TB are the same?

So I may bite the bullet and grab it since I picked up the wiring for the sensors for $50 so all up $230 not bad, all I need to do is find a ball :D

I wanted a 2300KG but I do not plan to tow for long distances and will also be adding in a tranny cooler to keep it safe when I tow my boat which is a 5.3mtr heavy bastard

have now done 53,000k's in my beast with 99.9 towing 2,200kg or more gulp and can say that its the most awesome towing vehicle ive been in due to its staggering torque, tomorrow will be front diff bush replacement day and other than that its been plain sailing ooo apart from doing a front pump seal about 12 months ago at which time Bob Grant automatics said the ZF is in awesome condition dont change what you are doing (I was unlucky to do the seal as apparently ZF's dont do that)
