Today at heathcote park race way at the Vl turbo nationals, Australias Fastest citric BA went a whopping 163.7 mhp with major traction issues , also then managed a PB of 9.1 with a 1.5860 foot 126mph mid track and backing off 150mph due to intercooler silcone hose bursting Well Done Bill /Vele cant wait to see this car putting the power down.

Which lane did they run the 163mph in at heathcote left or right? What was the half track mph on the 163mph pass was it in the same lane as the 9.1?

All passes in Citric BA were run in the left lane all day and so did the Team Karam, Mattouks,

The half track MPH was 125 on the 163.7 pass, 60ft 1.83

I apologise for all the questions buddy, however the left lane at Heathcote is notorious for major error's... I am not trying to take anything away from the boy's effort's they are the fastest & the quickest by far  however a 10mph gain out the back door equal's around 500rwhp at this level :beerchug: I am just trying to understand the circumstances... :dontknow: Most people make it a rule to use the right hand lane at Heathcote for this reason... :dontknow:

No need for apologies SPIKO, the boys were purely there to test the Ba with the new 2 speed glide/convertor and gear ratio's for the first time, after scrapping the C series gear box, that car has never done a clean wide open throttle full pass from start to finish with all the power the car has previously made due the 3 speed C series trans smashing top gear, it could never display the potential it's had previously shown , the guys for the first ever on that weekend had no issues with the trans breaking, but they did indeed have major traction problems, with the power output of that vehicle verses it's weight the mph is very close, comparing against the dyno figures it produces. I guess they have some work to do with tyres, rear end adjustments and choosing the right day when our drag strips in Melbourne, have more bite compared that weekend, the Matoouk, Karam boys came and saw how difficult it was to display ET's close to there PB's in Sydney. I guess time will tell in the next couple of weeks when they test at Calder park.
