I got done for spinning my wheels across an intersection last friday night and the car was towed and impounded for 48 hours. The charge was "willfully create noise and smoke" and given a notice to appear in court. I live in queensland and this is my first ever offence of this kind. I was just curious as to what to expect as way of punishment. Just after peoples punishments that have been handed out in QUEENSLAND for a first hooning offence. Not simply a case of here's your points and fine and on your way. Take your solicitor in there, let him talk for you, and let us know how you fare. Good Luck.
