I'm sure I;ve heard the contact patch of tyre to road is like the size of your foot. Also I know I've read an article from the yanks (internet baesd) on a twin turbo mustang doing 11's or 12's on 225's. was pretty impressive but was to prove it was all in the suspension setup.Still tyre quality does come into play, just food for thought. What do you recommend? One the F6 winds up all hell breaks loose. I think stickier tyres would be good, yes, but wider tyres also. You just don't know how easy the mean machine chews the rubber... Off by a mile, so serious consideration required for any decent take off. Cheers. mate when I was working for porsche we had nothing but issues with the pirelli, we always changed over to the michelin on them much better tyre. my car im useing the bridgestone potenza adrenalins, awsome tyres transformed the car. I also have a mate with a gtr (making 375kw at all four) and we went from pirellis unable to keep traction in 3rd to the adrenalins on his car and now it grip in 1st. that just my experiance hope it helpcya brett
