The problem with these cars is there's very strong response from throttle movement and it almost feels as though there's no difference in power from 1cm throttle all the way to wide open. But rather than spin 1st you should shift into 2nd and jam it down. Try it. Use manual mode and short shift to 2nd when 1st begins to spin; you'll chew those gooses in the R8's and GTS's every time :roflmbo:

You need to look more at using 30% on takeoff, then feed the power on.

The weight and massive torque the F6 puts out will tear up anything short of race rubber in 245's off the mark, so you must be gental until the car is moving.

You will get used to it and then start modding, just like the rest of these nutbags :roflmbo:

Ease the power on firmly in first stock manual mode, mash second, though it may step out a bitinnocent.gif

Modded, get it off the line clean before you even think of anything else. Auto' leaving stripes near

You need stickier tyres more so than width.

I have brand new Pirelli PZero Nero's mate. Pretty good tyres. What do you recommend? One the F6 winds up all hell breaks loose. I think stickier tyres would be good, yes, but wider tyres also. You just don't know how easy the mean machine chews the rubber... Off by a mile, so serious consideration required for any decent take off. Cheers.

Were you having the same problems before lowering and going for 20inch wheels? I'm thinking maybe too much camber and less tyre sidewall are making things worse.

Can anyone recommend 18" rims staggered that can fit on a BA and hopefully 275 tyres to suit.

Go get some staggered rims with 275s on the rear and it makes a big difference.

Dont bother with skinny 20s.

try roadstones !!!! good grip at a mid price range
