http://www.aussiespeedingfines.com/

have a look at this website, It seems pretty legit, I get monthly emails from them and after reading their ever growing

list of testimonials, the next time I get a speeding ticket I'll be buying their e-book.

I got sent a fine the other day for doing 77 in a 70 zone. The guy must've had it set to go off at 75 at least. N@azi. :bangcomputer:

$75 dollar fine so it's not worth taking to court but I'm going to make sure I waste a lot of their time writing letters.

Sorry about slow update on outcome. Due to having so much evidence (photos showing multiple obstructions, distances and lack of line of site fom supposed observation point, together with Lidar manual procedures not followed in a number of instances),managed to not only have fine dropped but retain points. Having a good record for the last 10 years probably helped. By memory I think the magistrate called the infringement defective or invalid and eventually it was withdrawn. I had all of my points prior to this incident and the fine was not going to break the bank and in reality it cost more taking time out from my business than paying the fine. Would I do the same again,? If I knew I was in the right.Definitely. Driving a landcruiser now so probably not attracting the police as much now anyway.
