In the last few months I have been having some strange issues with the car that all started about the same time and I have no idea what could be causing them. It does not do it all the time but normally at least once on a trip. When I first take off the car surges and has at times stalled. When at a nice cruising speed and not under a heavy load it sometimes feels as if the fuel is being cut or similar and the car looses all power for a split second and then comes good again. For the rest of the time it feels as if it looses powere on and off and surges. It sounds minor but it is really anoying when it does it all the time.Any help would be greatley appreciated. Also another area to look would be the spark plugs and or the coils.

I only had the plugs changed by my tuner about 12 months ago so I am not sure if it would be them. How long should I get out of a set of plugs. Any more ideas would be appreciated. Swap the plugs and see if it fixes it.
