I was talking to my mechanic, who showed me these filters and the 'ping pong ball'test -see site for video. These have been used by top rank rally teams in the wrc ,all cotton, just clean and reuse-saves $$, but you have to see the video, it really is just like this in person-tried it myself! heres the link- Green Filter New Zealand - Performance Cotton Filters with Added Fuel Efficiency

Is that test conclusive enough to say that they work far better than k and n I wonder?

Performance aside I wouldnt mind having a 3 inch green pod.

Can anyone see the pricelist for these? I cant open XLS format

If it flows really really well, then you have consider just how effective it is at actually filtering out stuff. Another thing to consider.

Used by peugeot and subaru wrc teams, don't think there going to risk anything less than the best filtration on mega $$ engines. As mentioned on the site, these are woven cotton, not pressed gauze/ synthetic- same as k&n- just better, which means less restriction. 0.50micron filtration the green filter, had a look around but couldn't find any info on k&n's micron rating. I would guess similar as they both use oiled cotton.
