The old cars had a simple switch that activated when the door is open but these new ones don't appears to be apart of the actuator unit. What have people used on here as the door trigger wire? foxtrot Member 77 Member For: 16y 4m 24d Posted 01/04/10 09:27 AM Share Posted 01/04/10 09:27 AM Hi door switch wires are white (drivers) black/orange (rhr) black/red (lhr) white/red (passenger) white (boot) use a diode on all to stop any feed back and cross feed between doors or if your alarm supports positive triggering use the positive drive wire to the central locking, the other idea is use a canbus upgrade from "DEI".
